Since 1983, EPS have regularly arranged the block purchase of properties from developers on behalf of our clients, who include British expatriates, non-nationals and UK residents.

The geographical focus of our activities is the West of England, centring on Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Gloucester and Swindon. A vibrant region economically as well as culturally, both capital growth and rental returns have consistently ranked among the most impressive in the UK over the past decade.

Property is frequently bought ‘off-plan’ prior to construction. The advantages of investing in this way are very significant. First of all, by buying whole blocks or groups of properties at the outset of a new development, EPS are often able to negotiate valuable discounts on the purchase prices – a buyer acting alone does not have this bargaining power. In the same way, EPS organise the furnishing and overall preparation of the units as a group, which again is an efficient and cost-saving approach. As to the letting of the properties, we are able to devote a high level of advertising and promotion to such developments and to ensure the time is taken to select the appropriate calibre of tenants.

EPS are always careful to undertake projects that will satisfy demand in the rental market and our many acquisitions over the years have proven highly successful.
